HOW TO MAKE A
WITHDRAWAL

If you invest in the Midlands Smarter PIE Fund, your money is normally on call. That means funds will be deposited into your verified bank account three business days after receipt of a completed withdrawal request*.

To withdraw funds from the Midlands Income Wholesale Fund, you must complete the Withdrawal Form.

Please note that for the protection of our investors, we will only pay withdrawals into the verified bank account on file.

Another day will be added to the notice period if a public holiday falls with the three day period.

If you need funds more regularly to top up your income, you can also now set up a regular withdrawal from your investment.  

To instigate a one-off or regular withdrawal.  Please complete our withdrawal form, which will require all signatories to physically sign the form.

*Withdrawals are governed by the provisions of the Midlands Funds Management Product Disclosure Statement and Governing Document. The withdrawal form must be completed accordance with account signing rules, with all necessary authorisers signing the withdrawal form. For the protection of our investors, we will only pay withdrawals into the verified bank account on file.  Please note we have the right to suspend or defer withdrawals in some particular circumstances.
